Well this is a question I asked myself for ages – I’ve got all my tins, trays and pans for baking so why replace them? Then I got to thinking what a hassle it was to grease and line the tins, only for the liner to stick to the cake like glue or to be messing about frantically trying to release a cake that has welded itself to the tin!

So I gave silicone bakeware a try and I haven’t looked back! Now my muffins don’t need cases, my loaves are released with ease and I no longer worry about munching on stray bits of baking paper – brilliant!

For silicone accessories including oven gloves, egg poachers and baking liners and more click here >>
